1. Delivery Coverage

  • Lahore: We provide delivery within Lahore city limits.
  • Other Cities: We deliver to major cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, and more.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Lahore: Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Outside Lahore: Orders are delivered within 4–8 working days, depending on the destination city and courier service availability.
  • Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Lahore: A fixed delivery fee of PKR 150 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or quantity (whether 1 product or 1000 products).
  • Other Cities: Delivery charges vary based on courier service, package weight, and delivery location. Final delivery cost will be shared at checkout or by customer service before dispatch.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email.
  • Orders are dispatched once confirmed by the customer.
  • Shopholia.com reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor delivery progress.
  • Tracking can be checked via the respective courier company’s website.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are required to provide complete and accurate delivery details (address, phone number, etc.).
  • If incorrect information causes a delay or failed delivery, Shopholia.com will not be held responsible.

7. Inspection at Delivery

  • In Lahore, customers may open and check their order at the time of delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • For other cities, please inspect your order upon receiving the package. If there are any issues, follow our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, courier issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
