
At Shopholia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations, and for that reason, we have a clear and transparent Return & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or faulty.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- The product does not match the description or images shared before delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) may be required.
2. Return Process
We make returning products easy and convenient:
- Submit a Request: Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Pickup Arrangement: Our rider will collect the product within 7–10 working days after your request is approved.
- Verification: Once the product is returned, it will be inspected for quality and condition.
- Refund Processing: After successful verification, a refund will be issued to you.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued through secure and convenient channels:
- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after product verification. The customer can choose their preferred method.
4. Important Notes on Returns
- Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Products that are damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Hygiene-related products (cosmetics, undergarments, personal care items, etc.) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchange Option
In some cases, instead of a refund, customers may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer). Exchange availability will depend on stock.
6. Return for Lahore Customers
- Customers in Lahore enjoy the additional benefit of checking the product at the time of delivery.
- If an issue is noticed immediately, the customer can request a return on the spot.
- Otherwise, the standard 7-day return policy applies.
7. Shopholia’s Right to Refuse Returns
Shopholia reserves the right to reject a return request if:
- The product is not returned within the specified time frame.
- The product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
- The return request does not comply with this policy.
